How quickly do you process and ship your orders?

We take pride in our shipping speed. 90% of all orders are shipped out within 1-4 business days! Any orders placed on the weekends or the holidays will be shipped on the following business day. Tracking number will be emailed out. International Shipments: Some delay may be caused do to paperwork needed to pass customs. All customers are responsible for their countries customs.  

EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM

1. Email us at CustomerCare@chalk-pot.com, and when you address us give us your order number and the name you used for the order. 

2. If you want to exchange clothing, please give us the size, style, and color that you would prefer. 

3. If you are returning an item because of damage or an imperfection, take a photo of the item and attach it to your email. 

4. If you just don’t like your Chalk Pot, let us know and we will email postage for the return and refund your money.

1. Chalk Pot: 180 Day warranty for manufacture defects. Does not include user drops and breaks due to misuse. 
2. Clothing: We accept returns or exchanges up to 30 days after purchasing the item. We only accept items in their original, new condition.
